Our services include providing access to an account in the broker's electronic interface, which allows you to carry out simulated or real transactions on the FOREX market or another financial market, as well as sending you an analytical review of the results. This involves working with your personal data. Wishing you to be informed about how we use your information, we have developed this Privacy Policy in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter "GDPR").
In the Privacy Policy, you will learn:
- What information we collect about you and for what purpose.
- How we use this information.
- Your rights regarding your personal information and how to exercise them.
If you are an individual, you will provide us with personal data necessary for the provision of services and the conclusion of a contract at the beginning of using any of our services. This includes your full name, contact information (e-mail, phone), address, IP address, possibly date of birth, and bank account number.
Without your personal information, we cannot provide you with the requested services.
If you provide your email address in the appropriate form or create a profile on the site, you can subscribe to commercial notifications. This way, we can inform you about news, interesting events, recommendations, and other relevant information.
Your personal information is primarily used to provide you with quality services. This includes informing about the service, billing, and fulfilling our obligations.
We store your personal information in an encrypted database. By providing your data, you enter into a contract with us. To fulfill this contract, we need to continue using your personal data.
We will process your personal information for the entire duration of the contract. After this period, we will keep your personal information for another 4 years to account for possible objections and/or disputes. After this period, your personal data will be completely deleted from our databases unless you use our services again or if required for any legislative reasons.
The data subject gives consent for the transfer of personal data necessary for the E-Tech Invest OU company to provide services for the Nefitra project.
During the provision of our services, we will courteously ask for your consent to receive commercial messages. Through these messages, we aim to inform you about our services and future changes. Each sent email will be marked as a commercial message, and each will contain a link to opt-out of receiving commercial messages. We will process your personal information for commercial communication purposes for three years from the last use of our services. After these three years, we will ask you to renew your consent to receive commercial messages.
If you expressly agree, we will pass on your personal contact information to our partner to contact you with their commercial offer.
At any time, you can ask us for confirmation regarding the processing of your personal data. If your data is processed by us, upon your request, we can also provide information about third parties to whom your data has been or will be transferred, and if we did not receive your personal information directly from you, you have the right to all available information about where we obtained your personal data.
If we process your personal information incorrectly, you can notify us, and we will promptly correct the erroneous personal data. If you register on our site, you can correct your personal information directly in your profile.
If you decide that you no longer wish to use our services, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal information from our databases. If we find that any of your data is no longer necessary for the provision of our services, we will delete it.
You can request from us to restrict the processing of your personal data if:
- You dispute the accuracy of your personal data, requiring time for us to verify the accuracy of the data.
- The processing of your data is unlawful, and you oppose the deletion of your personal information, instead demanding a restriction on its use.
- We no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you require it to be retained for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us.
You also have the right to request that we transfer your personal data directly to another controller if technically feasible.
You can exercise your right to data portability if the processing is based on your consent or on a contract and the processing is done automatically.
At any time, you can object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests. If you object, we will cease processing your personal information unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of our legal rights in court.
You can object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling if it's related to such direct marketing. If you object to processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes, we will stop processing your personal data for these purposes.
You also have the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal consequences concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. In such a case, you can request that we intervene in the decision-making process, express your view, and challenge the decision.
